Brilliant. undertook the construction and full-process management system project for the airport construction and hot work at Beijing Daxing International Airport. Upon completion of the project, it effectively enhanced the operational efficiency of the airport's flight area, and the full-process management of construction and hot work also improved operational safety.

Our project site team members, Zhou Hui, Yang Peng, Zhang Yipeng, and Wang Yixuan, provided professional services, maintained a positive attitude, and demonstrated a spirit of overcoming difficulties, ensuring the quality and quantity of work to meet the milestone goals set by the owner. This has earned recognition from the owner and related units, laying a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of the project going forward.

Recently, Chengdu Tianfu Airport Branch's Terminal Area Center sent a letter of praise, highly commending Brilliant.. for the construction and timely delivery of the security intelligent integrated system project. The security intelligent integrated system is based on the GIS system and builds a comprehensive management platform for airport security information. It supports the visualization of various security resources at the airport, providing indoor and outdoor two-dimensional and three-dimensional map support, as well as resource search, analysis, and patrol functions, laying the foundation for the digital and visual management of airport security operations.

During the operation and protection of the project, our on-site project team was professional and serious in their work attitude, actively cooperating and responding promptly to on-site needs, ensuring the normal use of the system. This has led to high recognition from the project party. It has laid a solid foundation for the continued smooth operation of on-site accompanying services and maintenance and protection services in the future.

Recently, the project team of the first bidding section of the information engineering for the third-phase expansion project of Xi'an Xianyang International Airport sent a letter of praise, highly recognizing the information engineering project (first bidding section) of the third-phase expansion of Xi'an Xianyang International Airport undertaken by Brilliant. Through the construction of the airport's geographic information sharing and service platform system, an operational environment for information sharing is provided, enabling various business departments of the airport to apply geographic information from the geographic information library and BIM information library, including engineering document data and their converted spatial geographic data, according to their business processes. After the system is built, it will provide a spatial data foundation for the integrated control of the east and west areas, achieving the airport's true "one map" concept, ensuring the consistency and timeliness of the basic two-dimensional and three-dimensional data in the airport area. At the same time, by formulating GIS management standards, it can provide a basis for the overall GIS data control and operation and maintenance in the airport area.

In this phase of the project, with the joint efforts of the on-site team members such as Chang Yuanda, Ouyang Lin, Zhu Jintao, Meng Kun, and other project team members, the project achieved the milestone goals set by the owner with quality and quantity, winning recognition from the owner and related units for our company. This also laid a solid foundation for the successful completion of subsequent work in the future.

Recently, the Xi'an International Airport Operations Management Committee sent a letter of praise, highly recognizing the research project on the airport operation management in the digital age undertaken by Brilliant. This project established a digital twin platform for the flight area of Xi'an Airport, developed intelligent planning mathematical models for taxiways, aircraft intelligent agent simulation models, and prototype systems. It also conducted system data verification at the apron tower of Xi'an Airport, preliminarily achieving intelligent planning of taxiways, reducing conflicts, and shortening ground taxi times.

Despite the busy business and overcoming the impact of the pandemic, the project team on-site, including Wang Xuefeng, Li Pin, Liu Ying, Huang Yu, Li Chuan, and Chen Xiaojiang, worked together to complete the business milestones with quality and quantity, earning recognition from the owner and related units for our company. This has laid a solid foundation for the construction of the "Xi'an Airport Operations Research Center" in the next step.

Recently, Deutsche Telekom (China) Communication Technology Co., Ltd. sent a letter of praise, highly recognizing the Smart Terminal Construction Guide and Demonstration Application Project undertaken by Brilliant. This project, with data platforms, communication platforms, twin platforms, video service platforms, and mobile application platforms at its core, actively and steadily explores the application of emerging technologies to achieve the "four-type airport" concept, transitioning from electronic, digital, automated to intelligent, and creating a smart terminal with "one network, one cloud, multiple platforms, N applications." Significant improvements have been made in areas such as passenger services, operational supervision, epidemic prevention and control, and the application of new technologies.

Faced with the large scale of the project, numerous interfaces, and the repeated outbreaks of the pandemic, the joint efforts of the project team members on-site, including Song Yuewen, Xiang Xiaoguang, Wu Ning, Zhang Wenliang, and others, have ensured the completion of the business milestones with quality and quantity, earning recognition from the owner and related units for our company. This has laid a solid foundation for making even more outstanding contributions to the research and demonstration application of the Smart Terminal Construction Guide in the future.

Recently, the Urumqi Airport Project Department of Civil Aviation Chengdu Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. sent a letter of praise, highly recognizing the Airside Operations Management System, Apron Vehicle Management System, De-icing Management System, and a series of projects of the airport engineering weak current system (first bidding section) of the expansion and renovation project undertaken by Brilliant. Each system utilizes the mainstream SpringCloud microservices framework, and in combination with Jenkins+Harbor, it can achieve automated deployment. The Airside Operations Management System also uses the UE4 engine for 3D visualization and is paired with real-time cloud rendering services, allowing users to experience 3D visualization scenarios at high speed on different terminals (including but not limited to PCs, smartphones, tablets).

Our company's employee, Project Manager Ren Wenyue, and project department personnel Zhang Zhaoxuan and Wu Hao, have demonstrated excellent business skills, fulfilled their responsibilities, and completed the software development phase work with quality and quantity, earning high recognition from the business side for our company. This also lays a solid foundation for successfully completing subsequent work in 2023.

Recently, the Jianwei Branch of Sichuan Minjiang Port and Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. sent a letter of praise, highly recognizing the Minjiang Jianwei Hydropower Hub Lock Safety Monitoring and Operation Dispatch Management System project undertaken by Brilliant. The Minjiang Jianwei Hydropower Hub Lock Safety Monitoring and Operation Dispatch Management System combines the operation dispatch of the lock with visualization. It obtains declaration information and vessel location information by transmitting information with the port and navigation center information system. By constructing a 3D visualization model, it achieves real-time monitoring and visualization presentation of lock operation dispatch, allowing for a more intuitive view of alarms and issues occurring during vessel scheduling. It automatically checks for violations during the vessel's lock passage through safety monitoring and image analysis. Based on the characteristics of vessel passage, lock operation, and navigation dispatch, it optimizes vessel scheduling排序 under the premise of ensuring navigation safety, achieving system security and flexibility.

During the construction of the project, the project team actively cooperated and responded to on-site needs, completing the construction tasks on time with quality and quantity. The constructed system has been put into normal use. This also lays a solid foundation for the future operation and maintenance of the project.
