Mr. Zhou pointed out that at present, low-altitude projects on the market mainly focus on the construction of low-altitude flight service platforms and pilot projects for local drone scenarios. They lack top-level design and cannot meet the operational needs of high frequency, normalization and strong safety. Looking ahead,Mr.Zhou has put forward the implementation path of the "Three-Step Strategy". Based on the national top-level design and planning for the low-altitude economy's systems, standards, and roadmaps, urban low-altitude flight test sites and testing grounds will be built, and the core functions of the Global Integrated Intelligent Collaborative Management Platform will be utilized to serve these urban low-altitude flight test sites and testing grounds. Subsequently, the experience and achievements from the test sites and testing grounds will be promoted to develop application scenarios.
