  On November 7, 2025, the Low-Altitude Economy Spatiotemporal Information Application Forum, with the theme of "Spatiotemporal Empowerment, Leading the Low-Altitude Sector", concluded brilliantly in Deqing, Zhejiang, the "Digital Water Town". Leaders from governments and associations, academicians, senior industry experts, and representatives from enterprises and public institutions gathered to conduct in-depth discussions on the industry's integrated innovation models, new technologies, and new paths. They jointly mapped out the future blueprint of the low-altitude economy industry and witnessed the honorable moment of the establishment of the Low-Altitude Economy Spatiotemporal Information Application Working Committee!

This forum was hosted by the China Association for Geospatial Industry and Sciences (CAGIS) and co-organized by units including the Low-Altitude Economy Spatiotemporal Information Application Working Committee of CAGIS, the UAV Innovation Working Committee of the Chinese Society of Surveying and Mapping, the Chinese Academy of Surveying and Mapping (CASM), and Brilliant Technologies Distinguished guests, leaders, and enterprise representatives in attendance included Li Weisen, President of CAGIS; Zhou Chenghu, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Researcher at the Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences; Liao Anping, Deputy Director of the Department of Land Surveying and Mapping, Ministry of Natural Resources; Yan Qin, Vice President of the International Federation of Surveyors (FIG) and President of CASM; Wang Jizhou, Deputy Chief Engineer of CASM and Director of the Low-Altitude Economy Spatiotemporal Information Application Working Committee; Wang Jue, Chairman and President of  Brilliant Technologies and Director of the Low-Altitude Economy Spatiotemporal Information Application Working Committee; and Li Xinhui, General Manager of the Transportation & Pan-Government Business Division of Amap. Amidst the landscape of the General Aviation Intelligent Manufacturing Town and the environment of the "low-altitude +" digital new business formats, the Low-Altitude Economy Spatiotemporal Information Application Forum, with "technology empowerment, scenario innovation, and industrial collaboration" as its main theme, has injected strong impetus into the innovative development and industrial take-off of the national low-altitude economy.

At the same time, it will strive to build a bridge for vertical communication and horizontal connection among governments, research institutions, associations, universities, and enterprises, construct a sound learning and exchange platform, coordinate superior resources at home and abroad, promote the progress of industry technologies and talents, and fully empower the collaborative and innovative development of the low-altitude economy industry.
